2. Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Customers)
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and Norwegian consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party nominated by you (other than the carrier), take physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email to office@plexironthun.world). You may use the model withdrawal form provided by the European Commission, although it is not obligatory.
3. Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
4. Return of Goods
You must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Products should be returned in their original, unopened packaging where possible to facilitate processing. We recommend using a trackable delivery service when returning items.
5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed products that have been unsealed after delivery for health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g., opened supplement bottles or capsules)
- Products that have been mixed inseparably with other goods after delivery due to their nature
If you have opened or used the product, we may deduct an amount from the reimbursement corresponding to the diminished value of the goods, in accordance with applicable law.
6. Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately at office@plexironthun.world. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping costs. Please provide your order number and a description or photograph of the issue to help us resolve it quickly.
7. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned goods and confirm that they meet the eligibility criteria. Once we have processed the refund, your bank or card provider may take additional time (typically 3–10 business days) to credit your account. The exact timing depends on your financial institution.
